Tina has studied various methods of Pilates and currently trains with STOTT PILATES who are respected by fitness and health practitioners’ worldwide. Tina is very passionate about what she does, she has over 20 years of experience and it shows. Based on a set of Principles, Pilates promotes strength and balanced muscle development, as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. |

Week: 1 - The 5 Pilates principles. 2 - Breath, flow & muscular release. 3 - Centering & Control. 4 - Coordination & lengthening, 5 - Rolling & Rounding. 6 - Standing Pilates. |
