Peter Petrou
Peter began his yoga journey in Switzerland with his guru Mansoor in 2005, which strongly focused on philosophy, yoga scriptures, meditation (vipassana), pranayama and asana. Over the past 16 years Peter has received over 1000 hours of yoga training and continued to deepen his practice through studying Sivananda yoga in India. He is passionate about sharing the benefits he has witnessed from his own yoga and vipassana practice. For this reason he founded the Vedanta Centre in 2013 and the Retreat Centre in 2019. He continues to share his vision of yoga being an integrative practice between the mind, body and spirit. Peter’s classes focus on the dual aspects of yoga, of the breath being the vehicle for mindful practice, and the physical practice being the vehicle for the spirit's journey to higher states of awareness.  Peter is also Reiki qualified, a Dorn therapist and a Breathwork Coach.

Svetlana Bogomolova
Svetlana began practicing yoga over 20 years ago whilst she studied medicine (general nursing), pedagogy (primary school teaching) and Finance and Economics. In May 2015 she finished her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course (200 hours) with the Ghyta Yoga School, Athens, Greece. Yoga for Svetlana is an endless journey inside oneself which helps me to find unity within my body, mind and spirit. It brings me balance and harmony and helps me to stay calm and peaceful in everyday life. Her aim is to help my students to find this unity between breath and movement, body and spirit, individual and the Universe.

Oksana Constantinou
For the last 10 years, since Oksana discover the path of personal development she dedicated her time and energy to learning and transforming. She enjoys this path of self-development that needs daily practice and takes a lifetime to master, to discover the unique faced and shine of the gem of each individual. Oksana’s moto: life is constant growth, personal development and transformation through the action. Her mission is to help connect to the inner light, the natural resource and talents within and let that light shine and spread. Creating together a beautiful reality on the Planet Earth.
Her passion is to find a flavour, joy and deep level of satisfaction in all those little things in a daily life. Her empathy and compassion perfectly fit all those tools of Yoga teaching, Breathwork, Coaching and Regress Therapy, creating the unique blend in her style of teaching and mentoring. Her Yoga classes are flowing and tailor made- depending on the group energy, with the emphasis on finding the inner peace, balance, awareness and connection with the breath, revealing those natural gifts within.

My journey with yoga began in 2016.  I was studying at university and suffered from terrible anxiety and depression. I was disconnected from myself, from my truth and from my heart.  I was looking for a way out of the cycle and I wanted to become my own healer. This is when yoga entered my life. I turned to yoga and quickly discovered both the mental and physical benefits that the practice brings. Soon, I embarked on my solo journey to India where I completed my 200-hour teacher training course.

The aim of my trip was to visit the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh and to deepen my practice. I left feeling compelled to teach, with the aim to support and foster the feelings of inner peace, love and gratitude in people just like you. I then started 2020 by travelling down to the Equator. Over a very intense 6 weeks, I have gained an immense amount of knowledge about tantra, shamanism and of course yoga. I wanted to learn more about the spiritual element of yoga and how I can apply it to my life.  I found what I was looking for and I feel certain that this is my path. My calling is to share my light and help you find the guru that lives inside of you. The guru, the piece that you have been searching for has always been inside of you.

Mila Pavlovic 
Born in Belgrade, Serbia, Mila was raised in Cyprus and is currently in her second year of obtaining the Bsc Bachelor Degree in Psychology, in University of Nicosia. Mila approached yoga as a way of life 4 years ago. After deciding to abruptly change her career path, which was initially to pursue her life path as a classical ballet dancer performing in competitions and theatres, due to personal reasons she had to let go and then discovered yoga. When she looked more into what yoga is and the different types, Mila was astonished by Ashtanga Yoga and soon enough became a practitioner herself; 2 years later she was inspired to become a teacher and inspire other people with her passion in inversions, arm balances and pranayama breathing techniques. She then obtained the 200 hour teacher training course in Hatha Yoga, in the Ghyta Yoga School of Athens, then slowly expanded her work becoming self-employed and working with group classes as well as private sessions with clients. Along with her yoga experience, Mila is also qualified in Level 1 and Level 2 in Reiki Healing.

Midia Hadjixenofontos is an intuitive trainer and coach of psychosomatic development.

I have been involved in sports ever since I can remember. While going through a serious spinal injury, I reconnected with my essence. I was born with the gift of feeling and seeing the unseen. I channel information about the human body, its injuries, its diseases, as well as its unmeasurable potential. My Bachelor in Sports Science and Physical Education, alongside various other diplomas and courses, as well as over twenty-two years of experience as an International athlete provide me the perfect breadth of skills and understanding to bridge the physical with the metaphysical. It is my passion to help people connect their physical body with their mental and spiritual bodies.

Whether you are an athlete, a corporate executive, a working mom or a stay-at-home dad, you will be facing life. In life, as in training, we face each issue that rises with the breadth of tools and skills we have available at hand. If you’re feeling drawn to me it is, perhaps, because I can help you expand your tool case. I approach training from a psychosomatic point of view, treating the Soma (body, mind, spirit) as a whole. My goal is to teach the Body, Mind and Spirit to work as one, not only during training, but throughout everyday activities, overcoming mental and physical blockages resulting in psychosomatic injuries and health problems. We do this by reconnecting the Body, Mind and Spirit triptych, using movement, breathwork, channelling and energy work. I offer swimming lessons for adults, runners’ specific training sessions, Animal Flow® sessions, body awareness, Kundalini Yoga, HIIT, bodyweight and functional training, injury prevention, rehab and more (incl. energy healing and channeling).

Mansoor
From a very young age Mansoor was acutely aware of the immense contradictions around him and of a feeling that somewhere, there must be a meeting point beyond all the conflicting religious and sectarian beliefs. His search took him through many spiritual traditions, in different countries and many cultural contexts. For the last 17 years Mansoor has been teaching Yoga in the US, Europe and India. He is able to share and communicate this understanding in a remarkable and revealing way, creating a bridge between all the different traditions, East and West, ancient and modern and expose the underlying ever-present Truth. He has written several books, which are profound works of insight and revelation.
