The retreat will consist of yoga asana, breathing techniques, (pranayama), meditation, yoga philosophy, group discussion and if requested individual sessions.
The retreat starts on Friday at 4pm and ends on Wednesday at 4pm (5 days/ 6 nights).
The retreat will be held at The Retreat Centre Cyprus located in Zoopigi, only half an hour from Limassol and 1 hour from Nicosia. An ideal location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

What to Expect
The retreat will be held in Noble Silence wherever possible, starting after dinner on the Friday evening at 19:30 and ending on Wednesday morning.
This will create a sacred space for deep transformaional work. To achieve this talking will be kept to a minimum and outside stimuli will be reduced wherever possible.
This will create a foundation for doing deep transformational work. The broad tenets can be divided into the following parts:
1: YOGA ASANA
2: PRANAYAMA (breathing exercises to facilitate the control of energy within the body)
3: MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
4: YOGA PHILOSOPHY - Bhagavad Gita - Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
The above is just an outline, yoga nidra, mantra work and other yoga modalities may be used on the retreat as Peter feels appropriate.

Nutritional vegan/vegetarian meals will be provided. The retreat centre offers a sauna and professional massages.
The Retreat will include a walk in the forest and also some relaxation time every day where there will be time to take a sauna/massage. The asana practice can include any of the following at the discretion of Peter;
Sivananda, Chakra sequence, Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative and Sukshma Vyayama (7 day program) practice in the forest. Sukshma Vyayama is an ancient yogic practice that was performed in the forest standing up.

- Study/Chant the Bhagavad Gita - use scripture to provide explanation for our practice. Chanting is a powerful and direct method to connect to the Soul
- Use scriptures / knowledge to understand the process we are going through
- Provide a forum for open discussion pertaining to the practice and philosophy behind the practice
