Approach
Yoga begins on the mat, but it does not end there.
Peter’s teaching offers a simple and structured approach to practice, where movement, breath, and awareness are developed gradually over time. Rather than constant variation, the emphasis is on building steadily — developing strength, alignment, mobility, and clarity so that the breath and mind can settle naturally.
In its traditional sense, yoga is a complete way of living. This approach supports students in developing a personal practice that can extend beyond the mat into daily life, lifestyle, diet, rest, and self-understanding.
Peter’s classes are for those who want a more consistent and grounded way to practise. For those wishing to go further, one-to-one guidance supports a more individual process of lifestyle transformation, using yoga practice as the foundation.
Workshops and small silent retreats at the mountain retreat centre in Zoopigi are also offered for those who wish to go deeper.
