We have two spacious rooms, an Upper and Lower room ready to be used outside of our class schedule.
UPPER ROOM - NOT AVAILABLE
Upper Room 80 square metres, air conditioner, sliding door, two windows and a separate front door. Comfortably accommodates 14 people to practice yoga and sitting space for up to 50 people

lower room - not available
Lower Room, 95 square metres, air conditioner, large window to one side, balcony doors to the other side, sophisticated ventilation system, exercise bars on one wall. Full multi-media sound and screen projector display. Comfortably accommodates 19 people to practice yoga and sitting space for up to 75 people

The Centre is available for:
- Event Hire - for special events, workshops or courses either as a one off or on a regular basis. In this package we can also provide refreshments or use of our kitchen facilities,
- Room only rental on an hourly basis at defined times per week. This would involve a contractual commitment of at least 3 months .

Sophisticated Ventilation System in the Lower Room. The system refreshes all the air in the entire room every ten minutes. As you can see from the pictures there are large ventilation ducts on both sides of the room. One side brings fresh air into the room whilst the other side extracts air out of the room. |

Changing room facilities that give access to both rooms along with two showers, three toilets and an array of yoga props.

Extensive Library now boasts more than 200 books on yoga, meditation, spirituality, personal growth and development

Our entire facility is fully air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort during the summer heat or on chilly winter days. We also offer additional ventilation in our lower room, a sophisticated system that refreshes all the air in the room every ten minutes! Our rooms have light laminate flooring, gentle wall colouring and can be laid out for movement practices or presentations alike. There are changing facilities that give access to both rooms along with two showers and three toilets. A reception desk is also available for check-ins. Wifi is available to organisers only.
