Silent Yoga Retreat - 30th April 2015
Retreat Thursday April 30th 2015 - Sunday May 3rd 2015
The retreat starts on Thursday April 30th at 4pm and ends on Sunday 3rd May at 1pm.
The Retreat will be held at the Petit Palais Hotel.
The cost of the Retreat is 250Euros that includes accommodation, food, tuition and books etc... Payment in full is required to confirm your place. Full refund will be available up to one week before the start of the Retreat otherwise a 100Euro cancellation fee will apply if your place cannot be taken by someone else.
The retreat will be held in Noble Silence whenever possible, starting after dinner on the Thursday evening at 19:30 and ending on Sunday morning after the Yoga Class at 10:30
We will study the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, books to be supplied. The emphasis will be to look at the Scriptures in relation to our Yoga practice and direct experiences

What to Expect
Sadhana Intensive 3 day Silent Yoga Retreat will focus on bring the Mind under control so allowing Our Inner Self to reveal itself and for "us" to experience it. Under the guide of Peter who has 10 years experience techniques such as Meditation, Yoga, Pranayama and outer Silence with be used to create this inner Silence
