Timings
starts at 5pm on Friday and ends on Sunday at 4pm
The retreat will be held at the Retreat Centre in the quiet and quaint village of Zoopigi on the road to Agros (from Limassol) just 30 minutes drive from Limassol and 60 minutes drive from Nicosia.

What to Expect
The retreat will be held in Silence whenever possible, starting after dinner on the Friday evening at 19:30 and ending on Sunday afternoon.
The retreat will be a sacred space where talking will be kept to a minimum and outside stimuli will be removed, like mobile phones and making contact outside the retreat.
This will create a foundation for doing deep transformational work.
Benefits
Silence; It allows us to observe our emotions and our thoughts reducing their power over us. We experience directly how we can take control of our lives. Our mind becomes sharper, stronger, more focused.
The work that will be undertaken by each participant on the retreat will provide the groundwork into a new life of personal growth and transformation using mindfulness as the foundation.
This can be divided into the following parts:
Step 1: Getting knowledge
Understanding how yoga, meditation and mindfulness are so beneficial and transformative practices.
Step 2: Practice
Yoga Asana, Breathing Practices, Mindfulness, Meditation. The tools to get the job done.
Step 3: Self Reflection / Group Discussions
Discussing the process gains, realisations, difficulties etc...
Step 4: Next Steps
How to use what has been practiced and learnt going forward after the retreat.
Conclusion
The intensity of the 2 day retreat will provide the necessary springboard to propel each individual into a new life of greater clarity and awareness.
There will also be the possibility for each participant to continue their personal development, by having private coaching sessions with Peter.

08:00 -10:30 Yoga/Meditation
10:30 - 11:30 Brunch
11:30 - 13:00 Group time, Mindfulness Practices
13:00 - 16:00 Rest (guided walk and ad-hoc program on Sunday)
16:00 - 17:30 Yoga
17:30 - 18:30 Pranayama / Meditation
18:30 - 19:30 Dinner
19:30 - 20:30 Group time, Mindfulness Practices
20:30 - 21:00 Meditation

€195 (2 days/2 nights) inclusive of accommodation, food, tuition and books.
