Yoga for Transformation - A Personal Development Course

If you think you can improve in any one of these areas then this course is for you
All you need to do is enroll and make the time for it.
Course Content - in brief
Theory will only be covered to support the transformation process. Study will not be done for the sake of study and certainly not only for the purpose of being knowlegable or well read. Most importantly individual goals will be set at the beginning of the course and monitored regularly.
Only a small group of students will be chosen.
Reading List & Course Material
The following list is not exhaustive and is subject to change without notice.
It will not be a requirement to cover all the following books within the first year of the course.
The following books will be used as reference material therefore not necesarily read/studied from cover to cover:

Course Dates:
Meeting every Wednesday at 18:30 for a yoga class and followed by study period from 20:15 to 21:30
Additional dates will be set for Saturday and full weekend retreats/workshops. These dates tbc.

- Yoga for transformation (key tools), Karma, Bhakti, Raja and Jnana yoga will be looked at and used in the process,
- Yoga (postures), an individualised daily program set,
- Breathing practices (includes pranayama but also other practices),
- Meditation, an individualised daily program set,
- Mindfulness,
- Nutrition,
- Breathwork (rebirthing),
- NVC (non-violent communication),
- Yoga Philosophy, this will include study of Buddha's teachings and advaita vedanta,
- Study of Scriptures,
- Self Study.
