What is “Office Yoga


​It’s a special program designed for people who spend most of their time seated in front of a computer in an office (sedentary jobs).

    Problems occur
  • Incorrect alignment of the spine,
  • lower back stiffness,
  • lower back stiffness,
  • tension in the shoulders,
  • pain in the neck area,
  • Stiffening of joints specifically hips and knees and 
  • general muscular pain and weakness

Class Outline​
Starting with Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Sun Salutations the body and mind are ready for more dynamic Asanas (postures). This gives you energy, peace of mind and a feeling of renewal.
