Childrens's Yoga
Childrens’ Yoga is a fun and playful way for 4 to 8 year olds to learn how their bodies work, move and feel during exercise, as well as giving them an opportunity to become mindful of their movements and behavior in the class, and in life.
They will practice Asanas (yoga postures), breathing exercises and will learn how to feel more comfortable within their bodies.

Class dates and times
Every Wednesday at 16:00 for 1 hour (PRE-BOOKING ONLY)
Cost 40€ per month for one class per week or €10 for single class
