Friday 28 February 2020 starting at 4pm ending on Sunday 01 March 2020 at 4pm
The retreat starts on Friday at 4pm and ends on Sunday at 4pm (2 days/ 2 nights).
The retreat will be held at the Retreat Centre in the quiet and quaint village of Zoopigi on the road to Agros just 30 minutes drive from Limassol and 60 minutes drive from Nicosia.
What to Expect
The retreat will be held in Silence whenever possible, starting after dinner on the Friday evening at 19:30 and ending on Sunday afternoon.
The retreat will be a sacred space where talking will be kept to a minimum and outside stimuli will be removed, like mobile phones and making contact outside the retreat.
This will create a foundation for doing deep transformational work. This can be divided into the following parts:
Step 1: Getting Quiet, setting the ground
Yoga Asana, Breathing Practices, Mindfulness, Meditation
Step 2: Getting knowledge
Vedanta Philosophy (spiritual understanding), coaching, therapy (modern techniques to self-mastery)
Step 3: Self Reflection
Looking at our fears, hopes, dreams. Looking at the quality of our thoughts, feelings. Various different techniques will be explored.
Step 4: Getting Wisdom
Understanding and using Affirmations, giving gratitude, cultivating positive thinking, looking at our limiting beliefs.
Benefits
Silence; It allows us to observe our emotions and our thoughts reducing their power over us. We experience directly how we can take control of our lives. Our mind becomes sharper, stronger, more focused.
The work that will be undertaken by each participant on the retreat will provide the groundwork into a new life of personal growth and transformation.
They will gain the tools to continue a mindfulness and meditation practice.
Conclusion
The intensity of the 6 day retreat will provide the necessary springboard to propel each individual into a new life of greater clarity and awareness.
There will also be the possibility for each participant to continue their personal development, by having private coaching sessions with Peter.
