The retreat will consist of yoga asana, breathing techniques, (pranayama), meditation, yoga philosophy, group discussion and if requested individual therapy.
The retreat starts on Friday at 4pm and ends on Monday at 4pm (3 days/nights).
The retreat will be held at The Retreat Centre Cyprus located in Zoopigi, only half an hour from Limassol and 1 hour from Nicosia. An ideal location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is our second retreat in our new retreat centre that has been purposefully renovated to host yoga and meditation retreats in Cyprus.

What to Expect
The retreat will be held in Noble Silence whenever possible, starting after dinner on the Friday evening at 19:30 and ending on Monday morning at 10:00.
The retreat will be a sacred space where talking will be kept to a minimum and outside stimuli will be removed, like mobile phones and making contact outside the retreat.
This will create a foundation for doing deep transformational work. This can be divided into the following parts:
Step 1: Getting knowledge through direct experience
Understanding how yoga, meditation and mindfulness are so beneficial and transformative practices.
Step 2: The Practice will involve
Yoga Asana, Breathing Practices, Mindfulness, Meditation.
Step 3: Self Reflection / Group Discussions
Discussing the process gains, realisations, difficulties etc...
Step 4: Next Steps
How to use what has been practiced and learnt going forward after the retreat.

Vegan nutritional meals provided. The retreat centre offers a sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool and professional massages.
The Retreat will include walks in the forest and also some relaxation time, for example taking a sauna or a massage. The asana practice will include Sivananda, Chakra sequence, Hatha, Restorative and Sukshma Vyayama (7 day program) practice in the forest. Sukshma Vyayama is an ancient yogic practice that was performed in the forest standing up.
