Returning to Practice is a focused Saturday afternoon workshop for those with prior yoga experience who wish to practise with greater precision, clarity, and understanding.
Drawing on over three decades of personal practice and eighteen years of teaching, this workshop offers a refined and intelligent approach to movement, alignment, and awareness.

- The afternoon is centred on movement as enquiry. Through slow, precise work, attention is brought to alignment, strength, and functional flexibility, with the spine as the organising axis. Rather than pursuing ideal forms or peak experiences, the emphasis is on noticing how the body responds when movement is allowed to become intelligent and truthful.
- As the body becomes more coherent, space opens for subtler awareness. Breath, sensation, and energy are approached indirectly — not as techniques to be applied, but as natural consequences of clearer organisation and reduced effort.
- This work reflects a return to teaching informed by long-term practice, periods of change, and recent clarity around the relationship between structure and inner experience.

Structure of the Afternoon
The workshop will run from 3:00pm to approximately 6:00pm.
The afternoon will unfold in four parts:
1. Opening Circle
We begin seated together. A short introduction, intention setting, and an outline of what we will explore.
2. Guided Practice (75–90 minutes)
A deliberate and attentive practice exploring:

After practice we sit again. There will be space for questions, reflections, and clarification of key principles.
4. Tea & Informal Conversation
We close gently with tea and light snacks — an opportunity to reconnect and continue conversations informally.
Numbers are limited to maintain the quality of attention and space.
The investment for the afternoon is €40.
