Return to Practice
A thoughtful morning of practice, attention, and inquiry — returning to practice with clarity and presence
Returning to Practice
Offers a quiet space to step away from the pace of daily life and return to the foundations of practice.
We will explore simple movement, breath awareness, and stillness in a steady and unhurried way.
Through slow, precise work, attention is brought to alignment, strength, and functional flexibility, with the spine as the organising axis.
The structure is both biomechanically sound and energetically coherent, building gradually from a foundation developed over many years of teaching.
The emphasis is not on intensity or performance, but on understanding and developing a practice that can continue beyond the session.
The intention is to create a space where practice can feel simple and natural.
This work reflects a return to teaching informed by long-term practice, periods of change, and recent clarity around the relationship between structure and inner experience.
