This retreat offers a quiet space to step away from daily life and return to the foundations of yoga practice.
Over five days we explore simple asana, pranayama, meditation, and self-inquiry in a peaceful mountain environment.
The intention is not only to deepen practice during the retreat, but to establish a personal daily routine that can continue afterwards.
The retreat follows a structured approach to practice, where asana, pranayama, and meditation are developed progressively, allowing awareness to deepen naturally.
Periods of silence are included to support this process, along with guided reflection and self-inquiry informed by traditional yoga teachings.

Each day includes:
• morning meditation and yoga practice
• periods of silence in the morning
• guidance for personal daily practice
• time for rest, walking, and reflection
• evening meditation and contemplation
We will also reflect on selected verses from traditional yoga texts that support practice and self-inquiry.
