The Mindfulness Running School which takes place every Saturday morning.
Come and learn how to run safely.
Running with correct form requires mindfulness, which is essential to develop the body correctly, improve posture, stamina and prevent injuries.
Come and learn how to associate consciousness to body movement so that you can enjoy the freedom of experience of running.
Charles is an Osteopath and Acupuncturist that has been running every day for the past 2 years. He is an experienced clinician with 20 years of experience, and will coach you to develop mindfulness in running.
Meets outside The Vedanta Centre
